Cancellations
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If your service requires a non-refundable deposit and you cancel within the 24 hour time frame you forfeit the deposit fee. No returns on opened skincare purchases.
